KOGS Families,

Happy Sunday! What an incredible training camp! The girls brought high energy, unmatched focus, and worked their tails off every single day. Seeing that level of growth in every session is a direct reflection of their preparation coming in, and we couldn't be prouder of the standard they’re setting.

A massive thank you to our phenomenal coaching staff; Kaylynn, Megan, and Paige for their relentless work, and to Alex and the entire Booster Board for taking such amazing care of our team with meals and event coordination. Huge shoutout as well to our new athletic trainers, Lexie and Chucky, for keeping our players healthy and ready to roll!

The Road Ahead: Scrimmage Week We enter scrimmage week sharp, focused, and hungry. As a coaching staff, we are using these reps to evaluate formations, define player roles, and refine our tactical approach. We will manage these match situations strategically so that when the regular season kicks off, we step onto the pitch fully prepared, unified, and firing on all cylinders.


Development & Game Opportunities
With a tight-knit roster of 22 players, we don’t have the numbers to field a full Junior Varsity team this season. However, player development and earning game reps are vital to the growth of this entire program, and we are committed to making sure our players get quality time on the pitch! To create those crucial game opportunities, we have scheduled a JV match vs. Obama Academy on Tuesday, September 15 at 6:00 PM, and we are actively working to lock in additional JV fixtures. Every player will have their chance to step up, compete, and showcase their progress!
